Moving from one state to another is not a small feat, especially when you are moving from what has been your home your entire life. Michelle made this process very easy and provided all the information I needed to make a good decision. She was very professional, attentive, and also very personable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Tampa or the surrounding area.

Crystal was a gem in the real estate realm. She was very personable and had such patience with me and my indecisive tendencies. She paid attention to detail and never once pressured me to make a decision. Will 100% recommend her whether selling or buying!

Kelly really listens to what your specific wants and needs are, and remembers! She helps you every step of the way, before, during and after the sale. She has excellent resources for contractors, etc. Kelly will exceed your expectations, and as icing on the cake, she is a lot of fun to work with!

Working with Nancy and Jim Ward was an awesome experience. The knowledge and professionalism they hold exceeds all expectations. After 2 other realtors, including one from a major Real Estate agency, could not provide the results I was seeking; Nancy and Jim stepped in and made it all happen very expeditiously. Communication was awesome, with Nancy and Jim not only keeping me abreast of status, but responded to my inquiries very quickly. Nancy and Jim are Super Rockstars !! I would rate them at 100 gold stars !

Buying a house is always a stressful experience: from the day you put your offer to the closing date. However, Crystal's support and professionalism made our purchasing an enjoyable experience. She is extremely responsible, efficient and knowledgeable. We were very, very satisfied with her advice and we will recommend her without any hesitation if you need a capable and professional real state agent. Thank you Crystal!

I’m a local area attorney who sometimes has homes that need to be sold as part of the probate process, or in a dissolution of marriage situation. Melissa is my go to agent as her professionalism and attentiveness is unquestionable. Recently she got our probate client top value for a property that came to us in very poor condition due to the declining health of the previous owner. Melissa jumped in, went above and beyond in helping with cleanup, and made the best of the situation. We ended up closing over asking. Not much more you could ask from your realtor!

Jennifer was an absolutely wonderful realtor! She was truly diligent and compassionate toward all of our needs. Much of what we did was done remotely and her timelines/communication was exceptional along with pure dedication to meet all of our goals. From the very beginning, I could tell that she had a wealth of experience along with pointing us in the proper direction during our journey. In addition, she embodies a genuine character throughout the process of finding a home. I would give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a realtor! It was an absolute pleasure working with her!

We typically don’t write reviews for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service we received from our realtor Christine Barlow calls for an exception. Christine genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize herself with our real estate objectives in the Florida market. We can’t express the gratitude for Christine’s level of service. Christine’s realtor knowledge extremely excelled in selling our existing Florida home and locating our new Florida dream home. We know there are a lot of realtors in the Florida market. We were so excited that we were able to work with Christine. We consider her not only as our trusted realtor but as a new found friend. Christine, Thank you so much. We appreciate all you did for us!
