I don’t even know where to begin!! We listed our home with Crystal in early February. She helped us prepare our home and gave us tips to get it show ready. Our house was listed and off the market within a week! Due to reasons not in our control, the offer and the following one fell through. In total, our house was listed three times. Crystal was our advocate fighting for us throughout the entire nightmare of listing and re-listing our home. She navigated us through a very sticky situation and used every resource she could to keep us informed. We are beyond grateful for all that she did for us. She was a Godsend!

Michelle and Vincent were amazing. They were extremely patient with us and not only helped us with the purchase of our new home but helped us with info of the sale of our home in a different state. Their knowledge of the area and military life helped my wife and I settle in the right area and pointed out all the things we would never think to ask. Every contact by them was more of a friend reaching out vice a Realitor. They over saw everything for us as we were still in NY which was a huge burden off our shoulders. Dinah is a fabulous real estate agent. She works hard, pays attention to your interests and even picks up on things you want that you didn’t realize. Communicates with you regularly with calls and emails and is always keeping you in the loop. The price of the house is more than I was hoping for but that’s the state of the market here in Tampa not her fault. I would recommend 100%!

There are bad, good, and great agents - Then there is Mike. The whole process of selling our house could have been much more complicated and stressful, but Mike made it all feel easy. It was mine and my husband's first time buying a house, and Dinah was HIGHLY recommended by our family who only had shining things to say about her. She exceeded our expectations! The process wasn't without its bumps in the road, but she was extremely supportive through all of it. She was emotional support when necessary, and physical support in instances where we needed to speak up about something. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - from someone who was brand new to this, I had to ask her questions about almost every little detail and she always either knew, or researched it and got back to me very quickly. Our house was a new build, and she was very eager to give us updates on the construction as often as possible.
