Tara Kipp was my agent for selling my home last year. Then, we spent months after that trying to find the right 55+ condo for me. She was so patient, reassuring and supportive as we worked through what I felt was important, what I could live with and what I really didn't want. Eventually we landed on a condo that needed a lot of love but had great bones. The renovations are nearing completion, and she has stuck with me through all that.
