Our latest closing occurred on a property that we closed on in December of 2021. After it was finished we decided that we would put the property up for sale. Since the property had never been occupied, Diana offered some valuable suggestions on how to stage it professionally with minimal cost. She also surprised us with a virtual staging as if the unit had furniture and how it would appear to a potential buyer. We had the the listing up on January 4th and went under contract in 3 days (an all cash offer at full asking price). We closed on January 14th ( this has to be a record to list and close in 10 days at full asking price). Diana has a good sense of market pricing and equally as important being able to professionally stage the property for listing.
