I’m not sure where to begin. Kevin is one of the most upstanding gentlemen you’ll ever find. I met met him working the streets of Tampa when we were working together as Police Officers. He held the upmost respect for people and was professional and competent with ever task at hand. Sure enough, he holds the same standards as a realtor. My needs and wants were his number one priority. At first, he listed my property and had 16 offers within 3 days, under contract on the 4th. I didn’t have to do nearly anything, he took care of everything for me. It was such an easy and painless experience. After the sale of my home, I had a 60 day window to find a new home, get under contract and move in. Kevin diligently plundered the market in search of homes, ultimately finding one I loved.
