This was the first time we have used a realtor to buy a property. Correy was a great help, she spent two entire days with us looking at houses all over the City. She is extremely knowledgeable on the locations and also homes in general. Even though we were over 1200 miles away Correy and Desalie kept us well informed and everything running smoothly (answering all of our questions and concerns) - being there for the home inspection and with us when we signed at the Title Company. We would use Correy and her team again in a heartbeat!

Great communication and professionalism. She was able to navigate this difficult market for home buyers competing with investors and large companies out here for a regular home buyer just needing to move. I think I did well with the house I bought.

I called Michele and Carl Herndon to sell my home, because they did an excellent job assisting me when I purchased the home. The house was listed just a few days after I called them and it was under contract within a week and the closing was 2 weeks later. They were both honest, efficient and great to work with.

I loved to work my real state transaction with Correy. I bought our home in Wesley Chapel while we were still living in Arizona. She was so so helpful, her video calls were amazing, we never had to travel to FL because she was our eyes in FL while we were in Arizona. She has great experience in the area, she is very good dealing with issues during transaction and she always fought for get a good deal for us. Her assistance Deselie is amazing as well, she's very profesional. My family and I had a very good experience and now we are loving our new house in FL.

Andrew always kept my interest at the highest priority. No rushing into anything that didn't have a sense of comfort. Most importantly, Andrew had FLEXIBLE availability based on our busy schedules and exuded great patience with assuring we were on the same page and had full understanding of each step and progress made along the way. Highly recommend!

Andrew went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. He even helped us install new lighting fixtures to stage the house and gave us great advice on how to price the home. Within 2 days we had an all cash buyer over asking and a 3 week close. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Andrew to all my friends and family.
