We worked with Colleen Bianucci, who works along with Michele Herndon, and had a great experience start to finish. She helped us evaluate the property and in the buying process kept everything moving smoothly and on time, easy! Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a condo in Gainesville with the help of Michele's team. Luke Royak was my primary contact. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. Most importantly, if he did not know the answer, he would find out and did so quickly. The deal was completed in under 30 days and there were absolutely no issues at all. I wish everything in life would go as smoothly as this did. I highly recommend this team!

Kevin’s knowledge of the area, professionalism and communication was above and beyond. As a first time home buyer, he listened to my needs and wants. He was never to busy to take a call to answer any questions and concerns I had. He made buying a house such a easy and no stress process. I can’t speak highly enough of about Kevin Ulrich, as our real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics were very much appreciated and respected. I will refer Kevin at every opportunity I can.

Michelle and her team managed the online presence very well. She also held a number of open houses that kept the offering front of mind.

We were first time home buyers searching in the competitive housing market of Tampa. Correy was there every step of the way to explain everything. She looked at details in each of the properties we looked at and explained to us what was in our best interest as the buyer. No matter what time of day, she would respond to our questions. She went to multiple properties with us, from Seminole Heights, to West Tampa, and to South Tampa. She was there for us as the buyers every step of the way. We put offers on different properties, and each time she did our paperwork in a timely manner and continued to check in on the properties while we were waiting to hear if our offer was accepted. In such a competitive market, that made it easy to feel defeated and almost made us want to stop looking, Correy continued to look with us and help us. I am so glad and thankful we were able to work with Correy!
