My husband and I worked with Correy for almost two years to find the perfect home. We looked all over the Tampa area. She knew every area, which was helpful. Correy got a list of what was most important to us, she learned the style of home that we wanted, and she helped ensure that we got everything that we wanted. I am particular and know exactly what I wanted, so having someone who cared as much as I did really made a difference. Correy has experience in construction and knew to ask questions that we would never think of regarding structural integrity of homes, gutters, roofs, etc. I think she may have put some of the sales companies on edge with all of the questions because I doubt most realtors ask those type of questions most times. I felt very secure knowing that she had the knowledge to ask these types of questions and to get answers about things that we would honestly never have thought to ask. Correy noticed on the initial home that we looked at that the foundation had been patched and that it had some structural issues and advised us not to buy the home. I knew from that point that she truly cares more about her clients getting a quality home than making a quick sale. I would definitely recommend her.

I sold my rental house in Brandon in July, and the tenants were a nightmare. Colleen Bianucci, my listing agent, and the whole team were great! Pleasant to work with, efficient and effective. Colleen went the extra mile to help me deal with some problems the tenants had left behind, and was always happy to help. In fact, she can be a little bulldog when it comes to getting things done. Dina was referred to my family through a realtor friend in Baltimore. We had decided to move to Florida to be with family and leave the Baltimore winters behind. We had a lot of concerns being able to find a house in this market that had our needs and wants, however Dina made the process so very easy, that we did everything virtually from Baltimore. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but Dina was super professional and patient, and guided us all the way to closing. We are loving our new house and our new lives in Florida!
