Correy, went above and beyond to sell our home. It was a very challenging time to sell our home. However, we made the right choice in hiring Correy to be our realtor. She is an amazing problem solver and finds ways to help to get the job done right! She has no problem with a challenge and aims to please in ways most realtors would not.

Great Experience!!
From the minute we met I knew we would work well together. She gave me suggestions on things that might need freshened up and she was right, looked so good we almost didn’t sell it. Leslie worked with us through the process and made us feel comfortable. She was always available and filled us in on what was happening. After the planning and her suggestions, the house went in the market and sold on the first day with multiple offers. Could not ask for a better team. Thank you.

Dina was the best!
From the first phone call I had with Dina (which lasted over an hour), I knew that she was the right real estate agent for me! She asked all the right questions, listened to my wants/needs/desires, and came up with a number of possible properties. She then spent an entire weekend showing me the properties and helping me narrow down my search. I was very interested in one place, except it did not have a screened in area that I desired. So, she found an almost identical property, but with the screened in porch! It is now my new home! She helped me through the entire process of putting down a bid, going through the inspection, and all of the other hoops that I had to jump through right up to the closing. After the closing, she even came back to my new home and helped me unload my car. I was very fortunate to have Dina with me every step of the way.

Correy was great and recommended to me while Overseas
Correy was great. She was recommended to me. she made it possible to purchase my house while deployed overseas. The deal almost fell through multiple times. She negotiated an excellent value for me and made it possible to keep me updated during the whole process, and made me understand how buying a house worked and what the steps were—recommended great locations and areas and the best place to look for a safe neighborhood. She gave me a list and always sent me listings of housing. Overall my experience with her was great didn’t have not one problem. She evening working with me being in an 8 hrs different time zone from Florida.

Excellent Buying Experience
We worked very well with Carl Herndon and Liana Valencia. The communication with Carl during the home buying process was outstanding. He also was instrumental during the negotiation process by talking with the sellers agent. He really fixed a difficult situation and can be counted on to be one your side 100%. He also assisted with home owners insurance and flood insurance by providing good contacts. Carl has a very high degree of honesty and integrity. We would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to friends interested in Florida real estate. It was a pleasure working with both Carl and Liana who made the home buying process less stressful from start to finish.
