Susan Coons exceeded our expectations as a realtor! She patiently worked with us for over 9 months to find the perfect second home. She diligently answered every phone call, text, and email day and night! Susan made many trips to many properties to take videos, additional photos, and take measurements. On our final trip to Yuma, she met us on a holiday weekend to seal the deal. On arrival, we purchased two additional properties. Prior to our real estate closings, Susan had great recommendations for different contractors in which she personally followed up on due to our distance. Susan is an expert and we highly recommend her personal service as a realtor!

Taryn is awesome. This is the second house that she has helped me buy and each time she was amazing. You literally don’t have to worry about anything. She is always on top of everything which in my experience is not always the case. I will only go through Taryn when it is time to buy a house and I would recommender her to anyone that is looking to buy a new house.

I enjoyed working with Connie for the purchase of my home in August 2018 and when I sold the home November 2021. She is very knowledgeable, kind, responsive and answered all of my questions. She made my home purchase and sell such a breeze I didn’t have any stress both times.

Best realtor I've worked with. Was on top of the game the whole time. Was having problems with my realtor on the home I was selling and she kept contact with him to get closing done as soon as possible.

Connie is great! I've used her 5 times now (twice for purchasing and 3 times for selling). She always responds in a timely matter. She fought for me on numerous occasions when dealing with obstacles that came up with the various other people involved in the process. I would, with 100% confidence, recommend Connie Sharp to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Yuma area!!

I can't say enough good things about our home buying experience with Taryn. My husband and I were not only looking to purchase our first home but we were also living out of state during our search. We found the Realty Agency online and when we called to set up appointments to see houses for the next day we were immediately put in touch with Taryn and she accommodated our needs without hesitation. Taryn was so lovely to meet in person. She has a very warm and welcoming presence and was very patient during our house search. During the home buying process Taryn was very communicative and always responded to our calls and texts in a timely manner. Not only was she extremely professional but she also helped provide emotional support during this very special process! We were so lucky to find the house of our dreams and even though there were multiple offers on the property, with Taryn's guidance, our offer was the one accepted! We are so happy with our new home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Taryn and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home.
