Super easy and a fun process to get an amazing home. Would recommend if you’re looking for someone with experience. Jill is a very understanding person that will explain to you any question you may have. With all the years under her belt, you have nothing to worry about when it comes to the process. Glad it didn’t take too long and now in a beautiful home.

Susan Coons is absolutely fantastic to work with. She has the patience of Job, and she really had an appreciation for what I wanted to accomplish. Because of her, I cannot imagine how the process could be any easier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property in Yuma. You won’t find anyone better.

Susan Coons was wonderful to work with! The home that was purchased is located in a different state than the Buyer lives in, so everything was accomplished either via emails and/or phone calls. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. Susan was great keeping me informed on all the details.

I would work with Mildred again.

Our process of purchasing a 2nd home took almost a year. We are from out of state, so I'm sure that added to the process. Susan Coons from Keller Williams Realty of Yuma, was amazing. She was available whenever we needed her to show us a house via video. It became a frustrating situation, because making a final decision as important as this one, was not easy, for us. However, Susan showed us courtesy every step of the way. During the closing process we knew we could call her. She has gone over & above board even after closing. Thank you, Susan Coons & Keller Williams Realty!

Jerry and I are very satisfied and happy with our moving experience. Mildred made us feel like we were her only clients. She took her time with us, answered all our questions, made the whole moving process minimal of stress. Mildred even searched packers and movers for us. Jerry and I are in our 80's. We felt blessed that we had chosen Mildred to be our Real Estate Agent! We highly recommend her. Thank you Mildred. Jerry & Joan Mills

Mildred was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond what we expected in her duties as our realtor. She arranged cleaning, staged and sold our home, AND found us a place to buy…. all while we were out-of-state. She was recommended to us… and we now know why! Professional…. and fun!
