Shelly and Patti made what could have been a nightmare into a very pleasant experience! Everything went smooth as silk from the signing of the listing agreement to the money in the bank! If I had a question I got an answer right away. They were both always just a phone call away. Shelly helped me to price my home right in order to sell it quick and Patti saw that every document was in order so there were NO HOLD-UPS! Pure professional - that is what they are and when it comes to selling one of your largest assets ever, that is what you want. I highly recommend them.

Evelyn was so helpful and supportive through this whole process. She was recommended to me by a friend and she helped guide me from the very first steps of talking to loan officers to help me narrow down my options on a home. Never felt rushed and always doing everything to help me. Made the process super seamless and easy. If you’re buying or selling go with her! She’s the very best and has your best interest at heart.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Karen! From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive to every detail, always keeping us informed and walking us through each step of the buying and selling process. She was proactive, thorough, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She even offered to make sure our home was ready for a showing while we were out of town! It's those thoughtful gestures and her willingness to go above and beyond that truly set her apart. Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, but having someone as knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring as Karen made all the difference. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor!

Karen's extensive knowledge and experience were on full display throughout our home-buying journey. She expertly negotiated with the listing agent, seamlessly guided us through the inspection, and provided valuable insights into desert weather considerations being that we are new to Arizona. Her top-notch service covered every detail, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Michelle was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were first time home buyers and she did a good job of explaining how things worked and answering any question we had. She is very talented and knowledgeable about who to contact to get things fixed. She helped us find a good house, so I dont know how soon we will be looking again, but we will find her when we are ready.
