Sold our property while we were out of Arizona. All went very, very well. Months later we had some issues that were certainly not Karen's fault, but she was very; helpful getting them resolved. If we were tp have other real estate dealings in Yuma, Karen would be the first one we would go to.

Mildred DeJesus is very pleasant and professional. Due to her professional knowledge, she was able to get our house sold with no problems. I would recommend Mildred to everyone needing a realtor.

Mildred’s market analysis blew our minds. It was completed quickly, so professional and above our expectations😃. We’ve sold many homes and this by far has been the best experience.

From day 1 she was always open and honest with realistic answers to any question or suggestions, while also very professional and knowledgeable in sharing updates with how she managed the process of the sale. It was all done with extreme ease and my benefit in mind. Go Karen!!

We’ve now purchased 2 properties with Karen and her team. Each experience was better than the last. Her level of professionalism is unmatched. Truly there are a few good realtors in Yuma, But Karen, she is great, the best. She far exceeds her colleagues. Her foresight and drive to answer your questions before you have them is refreshing. Her like-family mentality keeps us coming back. We are currently look for another investment property and I wouldn’t even consider another realtor. If you want to feel like your home purchase is your realtors most important purchase, look no further. Karen and her team have got you. It’s simply the truth!
