Our new Yuma home is perfect and we can’t be more thankful to our realtor Susan Coons who worked with us every step of the way! She was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions day or night! Susan was also able to help us close a week earlier than we had hoped! A big thank you to Susan, Patti, & Shelly at Yuma’s Home Team for making this a very smooth transition to our new home! Brandelle & Sandra Domenack

Everything went smoothly, they guided me through the process and made it a lot less stressful as I had to do it from a different state.

Susan Coons was fantastic to work with. She was always available to answer our questions in a prompt, and professional manner. Susan went beyond our expectations of a realtor to make our home purchase not only possible from a distance, but very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Susan.

Katie Franco with Beacon Home Group from the First phone call to the last at closing was a dream to deal with , Professional, always available via phone , text , email My mother had passed and I had to get her home ready, Katie made the whole process very easy. She was referred by family members who had used her on two occasions and spoke very highly of her. Call her , you won’t be disappointed.

Karen has been INCREDIBLE. As first time home buyers and new to the state, we didn’t know what to expect but Karen walked us through every step of the way and made sure we had a good understanding of what we wanted. I will most definitely recommending her to anyone looking to buy a home in Yuma :).
