Our experience with Mildred was extremely positive. She was professional, knowledgeable, effective and personable as well. She exhibited a high degree of integrity and ethics. She immediately addressed any concerns we had. For example, we sent an email at 8 a.m. covering a couple issues, and when we met three hours later, she had not only contacted contractors about the issues, but had also gotten them in and received bids on the work needed. In three hours time! Any questions or issues we had were immediately dealt with, and we always felt we were in the good hands of a professional from the beginning through closing. We would not hesitate to recommend Mildred for all your real estate needs.
