Mildred is a very good communicator, good, bad and the ugly. Always upfront and honest. It was great working with someone that we felt confident in their knowlege and she always told us what she thought not what she felt we wanted to hear. We didn't get to meet face to face because we were in Washington and trying to do everything long distance. Thank you Mildred for making it happen for us. YOU ROCK! Taryn is incredible! We came to Yuma on a whim and stopped into her agency on a Saturday. We were so fortunate that she was there and agreed to show us some homes in Yuma! Taryn went above and beyond because she knew that we were on a time limit. She researched listings and found us the perfect new build home. We had to return to WA while it was being built and again Taryn went way beyond the call of duty and did virtual walkthroughs with us and even helped us pick out tile, granite, cabinets etc via Facebook live! She did a fabulous job for us from start to finish. She is professional, knowledgeable, fun and kind. We feel blessed to have had the best realtor in Yuma!!
