My parents passed away within 3 months of each other last year. To make matters worse, the hot water tank busted and flooded the place. Needless to say, it was a long, arduous process to get everything repaired and ready for sale. Once we were ready, Karen jumped in and helped us with all the final details, even going the extra mile to have her husband replace another hot water tank in an outbuilding. She absolutely went above and beyond, every step of the way to help us get the house ready for market and it sold in 8 days. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone. She will take the best care of you and she really cares.
