The Beacon Home Group was amazing! My friend recommended me to Katie and she did not disappoint. The communication was amazing, if I had any questions she was always on it even if she didn't have an answer right away she always made sure to get back to me asap. The home buying process can be a little overwhelming but Katie made my first home buying experience super flawless. There is a lot of information to take in all at once but once Katie explains it all, it is a lot easier to understand. I would recommend Katie and The Beacon Home Group to anyone looking to buy. She is straight forward and does not beat around the bush just to make a paycheck. She insures that you are happy and content with the home you are purchasing.

I highly recommend giving Susan & team a call for your real estate transactions. They know how to get the deal done!! Needless to say, but I am very pleased with the results of my home purchase experience and how Yuma's Home team @ Keller Williams, Susan ,Patti & Shelly helped navigate myself through every step of the process. Mildred DeJesus is very professional. Very knowledgeable about the property we bought. We live out of state and she has gone out of her way to make purchasing this property a breeze. She called us back with answers to questions we had. The paperwork/earnest money/Title Company closing was done in a timely manner. We are now waiting for the property deed from the Title Company We would recommend Mildred 100%.

Mildren is what every agent should strive to be! She went above and beyond all of my expectations of an agent, honest to a fault and dependable as a Swiss clock! I personally don't believe she does this for the money, to be this good at it she must be doing it for the satisfaction of placing you in the perfect home for you! I will be buying more properties and I will use no other agent than Mildred DeJesus! Good fortune and happy hunting! Kevin Gallagher

Patty, Shelly and their team definitely came through for us on their promise to work hard until our house was sold. We couldn't be happier with the work and effort they put forth throughout the entire process and if you need to buy or sell a home these are the gals you want working with you! Bravo ladies, and thank you for everything you did.... we couldn't be more grateful!

Valerie did an awesome job instructing us on how to get my sister's house ready to put on the market. She knows the area very well and was well informed on the market conditions and priced the house just right. She stayed on top of items that needed to be tracked down and continued to help us all along the way. I would highly recommend using Valerie to sell your house or help you find your forever home!

Our family has sold three properties working with Kim, the last being a long-distance sale between states. Kim was a complete professional, taking care of all listing, repair, and negotiation steps while keeping me in touch from 1300 miles away. My first and accepted offer came after the first day my property was listed, and the closing activities were accomplished just as quickly! I would strongly recommend Kim to anyone in the Yuma area looking to buy or sell a property! She always goes the extra mile and is great with communication and follow-up with any issue that might arise! She is the best in the business!
