Where to begin? Let’s start by saying Susan is probably the best realtor in Yuma, AZ!! We originally were buying a smaller home at the beginning of this year. The builder/sellers reneged on a signed and paid for contract, so my wife and I back out of the deal. To be honest, my wife didn’t but they didn’t give her a choice. So INSTANTLY, Susan went to work and found us a nicer/bigger house with way more amenities packed into it!! I mean, she didn’t skip a beat. There was a lot of stress and confusion as this was our first home purchase, and Susan was sooo patient! I asked a lot of dumb questions but she handled them graciously. She made herself available far more than I should've asked for. She made the process so much better and we really appreciate her so much!! Thank you, Susan! You are amazing at what you do and are a wonderful person!! We couldn’t have done it with out you!!

First off, she is extremely responsive, and has a genuine desire to help you find the right home. Next, she knows Yuma and the surrounding areas! She took the time to get to know us, and exactly what we were looking for, and found us the perfect house relatively quickly. We currently reside out of state, so she took the extra time to tour houses for us and send walk-through videos.
