1st time dealing with Eric, he is very personable and patient. He was very responsive when we called and wanted to view any properties. Answered or found the answer to all of our questions. We did eventually purchase a property just at the start of the pandemic (March 2020) and because of that had to leave to return to Canada before closing. The property did not close (two times) on time because of issues with the title, I was ready to "jump off a ledge" Eric's helped in explaining what the problems were what my options were and attended the property on our behalf to check on it before it closed. His reassurances "talked me off the ledge" Thank You. I would most definitely recommend him and use him in the future. He is an asset to the Real Estate industry in the Pasco / Pinella's area.
