Wow! Erik impressed me from the start. I planned to sit with multiple agents as my last selling, 7 years prior, didn't go the way I wanted but he was so well prepared I didn't have to search any further. Erik is prompt, organized, caring, fun, truthful, and honest. It was a pleasure to work with him because he was in constant communication with us which was important as we planned to move out of state after our house sold. Day 1 he showed up with so much information about our house and others in the area that I knew he was driven. He was very friendly to my wife and I as we showed the house over only 2 weeks because he put so much time in marketing our house.
