Deana saved my dream! By the time I hired her to sell my home and it hit the market, the dreaded Covid virus was starting to hit and we could no longer have a public open house, everything had to be done by appointment. But with her expertise of staging and attention to detail for photos and showings, as well as a genius idea to offer an incentive to any agent that could get a sale closed in 30 days, she made it happen. Even when the inspection resulted in the need for a new roof, she calmed my fears and led me through getting quotes and forwarding those to the buyer. She was always on top of everything that was happening and assured me everything would work out. It did, and now I am living my dream in the mountains and the fabulous couple that bought my beautiful home are happy too. We met Mrs. Svoboda on vacation from WA State looking to re-locate to FL. She was pleasant and eager to help us look for an area to live according to our lifestyle. She kept in contact with us as we went back home to WA. She would send us information on different areas, zip codes to help in our search. Eric Jenkins sold our Florida condominium in July 2020 and we cannot say enough about his sales expertise. We put it up for sale right before the COVID epidemic hit the country.
