But with her expertise of staging and attention to detail for photos and showings, as well as a genius idea to offer an incentive to any agent that could get a sale closed in 30 days, she made it happen. Even when the inspection resulted in the need for a new roof, she calmed my fears and led me through getting quotes and forwarding those to the buyer.
