I worked with Eric Jenkins to purchase my first home. He is amazing. We looked at a large number of homes and even though my search took us all over middle Florida, he never lost patience with me in my home-buying process. He also made an awesome advocate for me - he met a contractor when I couldn't make the long trip from Pennsylvania to Florida. He went out of his way to drop information off at an office for me, listened to every one of my worries and always had a quick and very informative answer that I could understand.
