I met Eric after a prior real Estate had botched the sale of our home after 6-7 weeks. Eric Jenkins was the best decision I have made in my life next to my wife of 42 years. From the first minute we met it wa an amazing expierence. I have never met a more caring, respectful, confident , motivating, and enerjectic person in my life! From the first minute he entered the house all he did was talk about what a great house it was. He pointed out very important facts that the prior agent had missed. On the following day he was there making a professional video with classic music and highlighting all the great points to our property. The house was relisted 3 days after changing over to Eric and it was amazing, the first weekend we had 3 offers for $10,000 over the price the other agent had listed the house at. Eric does not seem to believe in answering machines or voice mails. No matter when I called I was able to speak with him personally. That alone was unbelivable in this day and age. Eric was always very confident and reassuring we had no worries that our house would sell! Well yesterday we signed our portion of the paperwork. THE HOUSE SOLD JUST LIKE HE SAID IT WOULD!! Love this guy...High Energy and we are able to call him anytime. No task to big or small he won't do for you.
