1st time dealing with Eric, he is very personable and patient. He was very responsive when we called and wanted to view any properties. Answered or found the answer to all of our questions. We did eventually purchase a property just at the start of the pandemic (March 2020) and because of that had to leave to return to Canada before closing. The property did not close (two times) on time because of issues with the title, I was ready to "jump off a ledge" Eric's helped in explaining what the problems were what my options were and attended the property on our behalf to check on it before it closed. As a buyer I initially declined to pay the separate fee that he requested He asked for this fee because he goes the "extra mile" for all of his clients. I believed the commission he receives from the seller is sufficient compensation for his services. However, when I saw that he truly did go the separate mile for me I agreed to pay his separate fee.
