Wow! Erik impressed me from the start. I planned to sit with multiple agents as my last selling, 7 years prior, didn't go the way I wanted but he was so well prepared I didn't have to search any further. Erik is prompt, organized, caring, fun, truthful, and honest. It was a pleasure to work with him because he was in constant communication with us which was important as we planned to move out of state after our house sold. Day 1 he showed up with so much information about our house and others in the area that I knew he was driven. He was very friendly to my wife and I as we showed the house over only 2 weeks because he put so much time in marketing our house. We had offers the first 2 days but didn't accept because it appeared there was a buying frenzy on our house. Throughout the whole process he walked us through each step. I learned many things this time around of selling my house because of all the information he provided. He is energetic and fun plus he was great with our dogs. I am so glad we went with Erik as we got what we wanted out of the house with his guidance. I am very thankful that we bumped into him and everything turned out how it did. Not only was he my realtor, now I consider him a friend of the family. I would use him again if I was in FL and definitely recommend him! Great job!

Eric Jenkins sold our Florida condominium in July 2020 and we cannot say enough about his sales expertise. We put it up for sale right before the COVID epidemic hit the country. We honestly then believed it might be next to impossible to sell, but Eric never wavered. He is the most personable guy you'll ever meet and so real estate savvy. We flew to FL with our 96 yr. old mom, in March. Covid-19 was just becoming a concern. We wanted our mom to see her happy place one more time, because we knew she had to sell. Debbie was recommended to us because she was familiar with the area and she lived there. When we met Debbie, she was kind, knowledgeable and professional. She helped us get the condo ready to list, and we signed all the paperwork. We had to return to Ohio, but we were relieved that moms condo was in good hands. Debbie sold our condo and took care of everything during a pandemic! She was wonderful!

As a buyer I initially declined to pay the separate fee that he requested He asked for this fee because he goes the "extra mile" for all of his clients. I believed the commission he receives from the seller is sufficient compensation for his services. However, when I saw that he truly did go the separate mile for me I agreed to pay his separate fee. I was very pleased with his timely and knowledgeable service and would highly recommend Eric to buyers and sellers.
