Steve knows the area like the back of his hand. He went above and beyond to help ensure the house was ready to sell and always available to talk. Selling our home with Steve's assistance was a pleasure.

Kacey is very knowledgeable and knows the area very well. We are from out of state, and Kacey found us the perfect home. She was very informative, efficient, and referred us to many local contacts that we used. She always answered her phone and replied to emails swiftly. In current environment we had to do everything via video and online and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. Kacey walked us through step-by-step, made sure we knew what to expect. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. We are so thankful for her hard work and we’d use her again the next time we buy a home. Highly recommended!

We found Erin by contacting her about a listing of hers. Erin was very easy to work with. Our original contract did not go thru due to an appraisal issue but Erin helped us with a new contract for the land that we now own. Erin was helpful and answered all of the questions we had in regards to purchasing vacant land. Our transaction was smooth and we would use her again.

We met Gary a couple of years ago at an Open House. Gary and his team placed us on a Buyer Search for properties in the Sarasota area. They followed up periodically but did not pressure us. Once we were ready to proceed, Gary set up a more refined property search and scheduled showing appts for us. He was prompt to the showings and always pointed out the qualities of the properties. Once again, no high pressure to purchase. His team was very helpful during the negotiations and subsequent contract writing. We were very happy with the quality of service and the professionalism of his team and would highly recommend them.
