Barbara was absolutely amazing throughout our home buying process. She went above and beyond to find us our first home and we could not have asked for a better agent. She was kind, attentive to our wishes, and made the overall process smooth and less stressful than we thought it would be. She has years of experience in the field and we’re so thankful to have had her help!!

I could see that Barbara is very knowledgeable as she had to several times explain issues to the other agent.

From start to finish Barbara was professional and .. importantly... sensitive to our needs and concerns. Her advice regarding the things we needed to do to our home to market it were invaluable and her help in sourcing professionals to help us with work was more than we could have expected. Whenever we needed information, support, reassurances or updates, she was available and communication was excellent. Our home sold quickly, smoothly and I would recommend her without hesitation. I will certainly be contacting Barbara for any future sales.

Barbara was efficient in finding homes that matched our requirements and she was quick in arranging showings upon request. She never pressured us to buy anything that we didn’t like or felt hesitant about. Her patience and ability to explain things clearly are a great strength as a realtor. My family was really happy working with her to find a best home for us. We also referred my husband’s mother when she moved from IL to FL and Barbara found her a condo in less than a week.

Gary just sold our condo in Sarasota. This is the second time we have worked with Gary to sell our property. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. He is the consummate professional and goes the second mile for his clients!!

Not only was Avian extremely dedicated to me as her client, but she also helped walk me through every aspect of my home purchase and fought on my behalf way above and beyond what most would.

In late '20, Kacey assisted my wife and me, to identify potential homes and to purchase the one of our choosing. Kacey was very pleasant and professional throughout. She was organized, productive, efficient and diligent in her duties, despite various difficulties and challenges she periodically encountered while working on our behalf. We were very pleased with her and would definitely use her services again.
