From the start of the process to the end Nadia was patient with us. We initially were in the market for a home purchase and Nadia accompanied us to several viewings. She took note of what appealed to us and what did not. Eventually, we opted for purchasing land with the dream of building our dream home. Nadia, again came through with the process and explained everything thoroughly. It was truly a blessing having her guide us through, explaining the next steps and ensuring that we were satisfied.

Yolanda Presley is a highly-skilled realtor whose professional and personal skills, knowledge, and talents I highly value. Mrs. Presley displayed her business acumen and professionalism in all interactions, one-on-one sessions, and business transactions. She took extra time to make sure I understood all the financial, legal, and personal aspects of listing, selling, and closing my house. Ms. Presley walked me through every step of the sales process and made me safe and secure from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others or work with her in the future.

From start to finish Lorie & Todd were great to work with. The knowledge they had about the area we were searching in was excellent. Although we thought it would be hard to search for a home virtually, Lorie made it very easy for us. As soon as a home popped up we wanted to see, Lorie was right on it, even though she was 45 minutes away. Sometimes she would go back & forth a couple times a day! Our phone calls & text messages were always answered right away. Once we found the home we wanted, Lorie was there to take care of things while we went back home to NH. I would highly recommend Lorie & Todd for all of your real estate needs

When I decided to buy this investment property, I immediately contacted Matt. He handled my home purchase 2 years prior and was extremely knowledgable, professional and made the selection and buying process a breeze. I trust his advice and plan to use Matt again in the near future for another home purchase. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable real estate agent.

Matt was my go to person in today’s competitive market from making the right offer to navigating the loan process. Matt either knew the answers, or he knew where to find the answers. In addition, Matt is the most positive person I ever met. Obtaining the loan was more difficult than I anticipated. I wanted to quit several times, but Matt got me through it.

We engaged Tennille Biggers to help us find a new home in Orange County, moving in from another State. It would be an understatement to say that Tennille was terrific; she excelled at every aspect of our search and stayed fully engaged with us all the way through and beyond closing. We handled several phases of the search remotely. Tennille helped us define our needs and did a great job of focusing our efforts on homes that really hit the target. No wasted time! We ultimately selected new construction and understood that extra time would be required to close the deal. Tennille diligently followed up with the builder and kept us informed of progress all along the way. She provided excellent advice and guidance to lead us through unfamiliar local real estate requirements. She helped us find the best providers for moving, storage and other professional services related to our move. We recommend Tennille without reservation. She is thoroughly professional, always well prepared, diligent and knowledgeable. In addition, she is a delightful person, always cheerful and optimistic. It was a pleasure working with her.

Everything was explained out and seemingly before she could leave my driveway, from explaining my options, interest was instantly generated. An offer and contract signing happened in an eye-poppingly short time. Nadia is always available to talk with her seller explaining the process as it moves along. Her years of experience are invaluable as she answers all questions knowledgeably, keeping her cool thru what may be, to some, a high stress event. She checks back in and follows thru, fielding calls and seems to thrive at every turn in the process. If I had another house to sell, she would be my first choice as agent.

My husband and I bought our first home a few months ago, Mike was supportive with all of my first time buyer questions, available for those quick home tours and always able to help with any questions I had!

So let me start by saying that my partner and I had been talking about purchasing our first home for many months but then came into a situation where we were forced to move due to sale of the residence we were renting. During the beginning of our experience we worked with a husband and wife duo that were the selling agents of our rented residence. While we tried to work with them for the first two months, they were less than willing to accommodate any requests so we ended our relationship with the agents. Then I found Yuan through some personal connections and she was a God sent Angel of a realtor to work with. Within the first few days of working with Yuan, she connected my partner and I with different loan lenders which approved us for the best loan available for us at a very reasonable rate. We then started scheduling viewings of properties that we were interested in and Yuan was on the ball with communication. She scheduled all the viewings on the same day and made a game plan to look at every interested property available. She reached out to us daily and kept both my partner and I in constant communication, which is amazing. Once viewing day came, we viewed multiple properties and my partner and I ended up falling in love with the first place we saw. We told Yuan that we wanted to put an offer in on that property (as well as one more because we had time constraints). Yuan got on it immediately and helped guide us with her realtor knowledge and expertise to write the strongest offer for the purchase. She submitted the offer the day after we viewed and advised us on how much to spend for escrow and the down payment to make sure we were well within our budget. Within two days we learned that our offer was accepted. With Yuan and her guidance we were able to close in 21 days and move in immediately. Without Yuan, we would probably still be in a housing crisis situation. She is an amazing realtor that goes above and beyond to get the job done!

I asked Mike many questions for which he did not know all the answers at the time. I appreciated that he would seek the answers from others and get back with me later, rather than give me an answer that may not have been accurate.
