My 97 year old mother had a modular home in the High Point community in Brooksville Florida that she decided to sell after moving to the Oak Hill Assisted Living community. The home needed some work and mom wasn't able to complete the necessary work , so we decided to try and sell the home "as is". Lorie and Richard came into the picture after being recommended by a friend and realtor here in New Mexico where I live. Their work was outstanding to the point of visiting my mom at Oak Hill and driving her over to her home to help them on their initial visit.
