Yuan is absolutely wonderful at what she does! She was able to get my house on the market and sold within ONE WEEK! She got me 5 offers within that week and negotiated effectively with other agents. So let me start by saying that my partner and I had been talking about purchasing our first home for many months but then came into a situation where we were forced to move due to sale of the residence we were renting. During the beginning of our experience we worked with a husband and wife duo that were the selling agents of our rented residence. While we tried to work with them for the first two months, they were less than willing to accommodate any requests so we ended our relationship with the agents. Then I found Yuan through some personal connections and she was a God sent Angel of a realtor to work with. Within the first few days of working with Yuan, she connected my partner and I with different loan lenders which approved us for the best loan available for us at a very reasonable rate. We then started scheduling viewings of properties that we were interested in and Yuan was on the ball with communication. She scheduled all the viewings on the same day and made a game plan to look at every interested property available. She reached out to us daily and kept both my partner and I in constant communication, which is amazing. Once viewing day came, we viewed multiple properties and my partner and I ended up falling in love with the first place we saw. We told Yuan that we wanted to put an offer in on that property (as well as one more because we had time constraints). Yuan got on it immediately and helped guide us with her realtor knowledge and expertise to write the strongest offer for the purchase. She submitted the offer the day after we viewed and advised us on how much to spend for escrow and the down payment to make sure we were well within our budget. Within two days we learned that our offer was accepted. With Yuan and her guidance we were able to close in 21 days and move in immediately. Without Yuan, we would probably still be in a housing crisis situation. She is an amazing realtor that goes above and beyond to get the job done!
