Working with Cindy after deciding to move back to the area after several years away was a dream. When we were here and able to look she made sure she was available and had several houses lined up to view. She was on top of anything and everything imaginable that came up. We really felt like she had this whole process for us, which helped us relax since we weren’t back in the area just yet, and that took a huge weight off of our shoulders.

Working with Lorie (and Todd) has been an excellent experience. From the first time we met with her, we knew we were in good hands. She guided us through the entire home selling process with professionalism and confidence. Her understanding of the market and how to best advertise our home was right on target, resulting in a remarkably quick sell! She also supported us through our chaos of moving to another state, and reminding us of all the things we needed to wrap up when selling our place. I don't ever want to move again, but if I ever needed to sell or buy another home, Lorie would be my first call!

My 97 year old mother had a modular home in the High Point community in Brooksville Florida that she decided to sell after moving to the Oak Hill Assisted Living community. The home needed some work and mom wasn't able to complete the necessary work , so we decided to try and sell the home "as is". Lorie and Richard came into the picture after being recommended by a friend and realtor here in New Mexico where I live. Their work was outstanding to the point of visiting my mom at Oak Hill and driving her over to her home to help them on their initial visit. Long story short, the time from listing to closing was two weeks. Two weeks! Unheard of in the real estate world, and primarily due to the great work of Lorie and Richard. Thanks again so much!

Nothing but a great experience with our recent real estate purchase. We have been on a mission to find property and she was on top of it. Cindy found us the perfect location as soon as it hit the market. Although there were multiple bids within the first 24 hours her guidance helped us to win it! We are so happy with the outcome and she made it easy. We would not hesitate to refer anyone to her who is looking for a realtor.

I came to know Tennille through the prospecting letter that she sent me in Canada re my property in Florida. I kept her in mind and when I was ready to sell my property she was the first Real Estate Agent that I called. She guided me through the process and very responsive to all my questions. I certainly did not feel that I was just her client but I was her partner throughout the process. Being a Canadian, there's a difference in selling my property as a Foreigner Investor. She guided me through this process and her calm demeanor helped in getting through all the answers I needed. I would certainly recommend her to Foreigner Investors who plan to sell their property as she has the knowledge in this area. She is not just a Real Estate Agent for the Floridians but also for Foreign Investors. I would like to thank her for her kindness, patience and confidence that made this process of selling my property much easier than I expected. Much appreciated Tennille.

We had an awesome experience with searching for our new home. Matt was very thorough with providing all the information we requested for potential homes. It didn’t take long to find our new home and to place an offer. Matt went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and communicated all of our questions to the sellers agent. The best part is that we were able to close on and move into our new home before Christmas. I highly recommend Matt to be your next realtor. You will not be disappointed.

Yalonda was great to work with, she got back to us quickly with any questions or concerns that we had. This may not be important to some people but it was very very important to us, she made sure that she put God first and was led by him during our home buying process.
