I asked Mike many questions for which he did not know all the answers at the time. I appreciated that he would seek the answers from others and get back with me later, rather than give me an answer that may not have been accurate.
Mike was always there when we had any questions! If we ever had questions about the properties he didn't know he would do as much research as possible to give us the answers we needed. He's great at seeing what our likes and dislikes we're to get us in the perfect home for us. We felt very comfortable with him sense this was our first time buying a house he made sure we knew step by step how everything worked. We couldn't thank him enough for getting us in the perfect home!
Mike was quite resourceful in finding information and people to help us achieve our goals. He either knew the sources we needed or sought out those who could help us. He always went the extra mile. He treated us as persons not just clients.
Mike created an online search with criteria that I requested for my home. He updated that information often, and kept in touch with me frequently. He was eager to find just the right home for me. When we walked into the home I actually ended up purchasing, we looked at each other and knew I would make an offer for it.
