I have been in the military for years now, I'm a writer, and never could seem to get into a good home for a great price. A friend of mine mentioned Kevin Tolbert and Keller Williams Real Estate. He said that he had no problems with them and they helped him find a home within his budget and paid special attention to his instructions on what he was looking for in a home. I needed something that could help me stay focus while I write and something that my children would love as well. <br/><br/>Of Course I was going to take a personal referral over anything I found on the web. I looked them up on Zillow and was able to get in touch with them within 24 hours, which is a lot more than I can say about other real estate agents. I don't like leaving messages and having agents call me days later. The military did not teach me to be patient so I was really thankful when Kevin Tolbert called me back almost straight away.<br/><br/>I had seen on Zillow that he worked with the Homes for Heroes Program, and got even more excited. Like most veterans, I have problems with my credit and with trust. I was having to put my trust in someone that I didn't even know. I wanted this home though. <br/><br/>The phone conversation was interesting; I was asked about everything that I looked for in a home. I told them and they went to work. They found me a home within my budget, with the amount of rooms I needed, and with a yard size that I asked for. They were a life saver. <br/><br/>The financing part was easy. I couldn't tell you how many times I have been denied financing. Kevin really knows his business and helped me get financed. I was kind of impressed to tell you the truth; my dreams on owning a home was almost extinguished. I highly recommend them especially to veterans.
