He was great help for our first time home buying process. Quick response time, having a digital signature tool (to make an offer), honest suggestions makes him a great realtor.<br/><br/>He was patience with us (and we were not easy clients I think). Answered all of our rookie home buyer questions. Also we got better responses about mortgage process from Ken than our mortgage company.<br/><br/>When we found "the one" he walked through with us on each step; inspection, closing, final walkthrough, etc.<br/><br/>I highly recommend him to anybody who needs a realtor and definitely we will work with him again for our next dream home.

I would like to say that Ken was able to do the impossible. He helped me through a difficult time in finding and purchasing my home. Ken went above and beyond, he was timely and patient, as I may not have been the easiest client. He worked hard and when I thought it was going to fall through, Ken saved it. This guy is fantastic! After going through multiple LAZY realtors, he found our family the exact home we were looking for. Our specifications were very specific and this guy not only listened to OUR needs, but also did not waste our time showing us homes that were not what we were l looking for.<br/><br/>Finally, he was right on top of knowing what position the sellers were in and negotiated a steal on our new home.
