I've known Jessica since 2003, she was one of my students in my Cycling and Pilates Classes. Jessica eventually became a Personal Training client and a Friend. Jessica helped to sell my house back in 2013 which the process started a year or so before that during the major decline in the market. Ken took the time to meet with us to see multiple homes that we had questions on. On top of that, he went a step further and offered information about either the home or the area to be sure we wanted what we were looking at. When it came down to the home we purchased, he met us many times to go back to the home in order to get measurements for all the things we needed (i.e.: windows for shutters, room sizes to fit furniture, closets to install custom shelving, etc.). We located Karlene on line from a listing she had for a beautiful Condo. While we did not buy the Condo we did end up using Karlene as our Agent to purchase a terrific Family Vacation Home. As an out of State buyer we found Karlene to be extremely helpful. She both found listings for us to look at and took us to developments we found on line. She found us a home inspector, had suggestions for property management, interior decorators, housekeeping, and even did our new home walk thru for us. She has not forgotten us since the sale either. She has followed thru to make sure we have alarm systems and such to make sure we have our new vacation home protected. Shes a terrific asset in purchasing a home and very interested in you as a person and family.
