My sister and I recently had to move our elderly mom from Orlando up to where we live in Atlanta and then it was up to us to sell her condo located in Winter Park ( hopefully without us having to travel back and forth more than necessary..) After researching the sales to listings ratios on Zillow - I saw that Ken had the highest "batting average " ; meaning there were other agents with more sales, but they also has a lot of items currently for sale.
