Karlene was amazing to work with during the sale of our home. She sat down with my wife and I, listened to our concerns, went over all the details related a home sale, the different pricing/sale scenarios, and made us feel very comfortable with her expertise. She told us that she felt that we could get $200k for our house, which we personally thought would be great, but too high. Sure enough she was right.
