Brenda Dollar

My experience with Keller Williams agent Brenda Dollar, Mrs. Dollar was quite astonishing from the start! I was searching for a realtor that could access my situation thoroughly and quickly , I was selling my property per a divorce decree, I also had a short 2 month deadline. Mrs. Dollar set up a meeting with me to examine my case and after careful consideration she decided to represent me with the sell of my property. She also introduced herself to my ex spouse and advised that she was there to sell the house not acting as an attorney nor to be impartial! Within a day or two Mrs. Dollar developed a plan, provided references, resources and honesty. She also advised me that getting my house up to par in such a short time frame could be done but it would hard work as well as team work at some point. She also had to contend with my ex spouse, in which whom was bitter, and he did not make it easy for her but she remained steadfastly fair and impartial to both of us. Mrs. Dollar gave us reasonable options, resources and solutions. She also found alternatives and resolutions to our projects that we as home owners decided to tackle but did finalize . The thing that impresses me the most about Mrs. Dollar is the Integrity! And, also fact that she always followed up on what ever plan or task that we were under going. Making sure that we carried out the objective. She also checked in on the contractors making sure that the jobs were complete without cutting corners. Which in turn kept us on target with deadlines and the potential for maximum profit for the sale of our home. With that said I believe that if you want a realtor that has the zeal for what they do! Mrs. Dollar is your go to person! She is definitely going to make sure that its done right in all aspects of your home selling process.

Mrs. Dollar was very friendly and professional. She explained the process in detail. She listened to my concerns and found solutions quickly. She was always on top of things. She was available to talk to me whenever I needed. She would ask me how I felt about things and what would I like to do. She was there for me, especially during the most difficult and stressful moments. She was an awesome realtor! I enjoyed working with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I enjoyed having Brenda Dollar as my agent. She did an excellent job. She kept me in the loop of things. She stayed on top of everything, from dealing with buyers to the closing. She was there for me, even late at night when I would call her. There's nothing more I can say. She was just awesome! I appreciate very thing she has done for me.

Brenda was a life saver. She was really professional and smart about the market. We will work together again soon.

My wife had a stroke and aphasia. We lived in a house that was designed by her and decorated…we had to leave because of the steps. All attention, of course, was on her. We began looking for either a ranch house of a flat apartment…we found an apartment. Ms. Dollar treated us like family from the very beginning. She treated my wife with the upmost respect. We told her it would be a challenge to sell our house. She stayed with us and led the way in getting it sold. It took awhile due to the economy. She NEVER got discouraged or allowed us to be! She called often not just about the house, but to check on my wife! I highly recommend highly, both, the real estate company and Ms. Dollar. She still calls!! When we went to closing my wife was little upset, the lawyer, Mr. Sandlin, allowed us to sign the paperwork without waiting for the buyers, and Ms. Dollar was there to help assure my everything was fine! Anyway, we, I want to thank Brenda Dollar for everything she did for us and continues doing! Brenda Dollar is THE BEST!!
