My experience with Keller Williams agent Brenda Dollar, Mrs. Dollar was quite astonishing from the start! I was searching for a realtor that could access my situation thoroughly and quickly , I was selling my property per a divorce decree, I also had a short 2 month deadline. Mrs. Dollar set up a meeting with me to examine my case and after careful consideration she decided to represent me with the sell of my property. She also introduced herself to my ex spouse and advised that she was there to sell the house not acting as an attorney nor to be impartial! Within a day or two Mrs. Dollar developed a plan, provided references, resources and honesty. She also advised me that getting my house up to par in such a short time frame could be done but it would hard work as well as team work at some point. She also had to contend with my ex spouse, in which whom was bitter, and he did not make it easy for her but she remained steadfastly fair and impartial to both of us. Mrs. Dollar gave us reasonable options, resources and solutions. She also found alternatives and resolutions to our projects that we as home owners decided to tackle but did finalize . The thing that impresses me the most about Mrs. Dollar is the Integrity! And, also fact that she always followed up on what ever plan or task that we were under going. Making sure that we carried out the objective. She also checked in on the contractors making sure that the jobs were complete without cutting corners. Which in turn kept us on target with deadlines and the potential for maximum profit for the sale of our home. With that said I believe that if you want a realtor that has the zeal for what they do! Mrs. Dollar is your go to person! She is definitely going to make sure that its done right in all aspects of your home selling process.

Mrs. Dollar was very friendly and professional. She explained the process in detail. She listened to my concerns and found solutions quickly. She was always on top of things. She was available to talk to me whenever I needed. She would ask me how I felt about things and what would I like to do. She was there for me, especially during the most difficult and stressful moments. She was an awesome realtor! I enjoyed working with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Our story with Mrs. Dollar goes back almost 7 years. We met Mrs. Dollar back in 2016 when my parents closed on their home. I remember, my father led the charge in that process and was so determined. Running into a couple of pitfalls that discouraged him, Mrs. Dollar brought a light that helped him to believe that being a homeowner after the storm, was possible. She found "that home" for them, when they least expected, while she was on "vacation". She returned quickly to show the home, the rest is now history. We thought that this process wouldn't occur until later in the year as we figured the ideal home wouldn't come no time soon. She worked the same magic she did with my father....she found "that home", when we least expected it. Near my mom, same school district, not too far from everything. She made it happen. She even advocated for us when there was a discrepancy with the rate lock. She didn't hesitate to get that corrected. This woman was the gem my father set up to help guide us to homeownership.
