If you’re looking for an agent choose Shannon! We spent 3 months looking for the right home for us - Shannon viewed over 20 homes with us. Her responsiveness to our requests was almost always immediate, no matter the time of day (more than expected). She also viewed each property we looked very carefully, pointing out particular details we should consider. In addition through her network she was able to schedule some viewings ahead of the actual listings giving us a first look. She also did a great job through the negotiation process offering advice and keeping in regular contact with the potential sellers agent.
