Pelin is knowledgeable, Professional and stays on top of what was going on in this process. She did try to upsell services I did not want or think were necessary and wanted every thing removed from the whole house even though we were still living there. I would recommend Pelin to you with the suggestion of telling her what you want and don't want.

Seriously, she was so in tune to my needs and desires in selling my home from start to finish that she just exceeded my expectations.
