Jillian did everything we asked and more! She helped us get the house in tip top shape. The house sold 3 days after being on the market. Jillian was there through every step of the process, putting the house on a 2 week “Coming Soon” advertising, having photo’s done (which were magnificent), taking things off my hands that we didn’t want to take with us. She also took the responsibility to let a few contractors in the house while I was out of town. All of this was very helpful in getting the house cleaned out and ready for Sale day. Jillian was always smiling and made us feel very comfortable all the way through Closing day. We trusted Jill with lots of different things and she rose up to the tasks.
