Trish is not only knowledgeable, but she is friendly, determined, sincere, honest, and the queen of figuring things out. Her, "everything is figureoutable" moto truly is her greatest skill. Trish made an out of state move as easy as possible for our family and we are forever grateful for her expertise. Trish is well connected to the community she serves and was able to connect us to well qualified professionals throughout this industry (from an incredible broker, to inspectors, and contractors etc). Great Realtor! Hire her today! We listed our house on a Friday, after a busy weekend we had an offer for asking price! We also had a unique situation, but I have to mention that Olive fought for us when 7 days before closing the buyer wanted to extend a week to get a better rate! Olive guided us and patiently explained every detail very eloquently on a non-realtor level with all the ins and outs so we could make the best and logical choice each step of the way and we ended up closing above asking price!!! Jillian did everything we asked and more! She helped us get the house in tip top shape. The house sold 3 days after being on the market. Jillian was there through every step of the process, putting the house on a 2 week “Coming Soon” advertising, having photo’s done (which were magnificent), taking things off my hands that we didn’t want to take with us. She also took the responsibility to let a few contractors in the house while I was out of town. All of this was very helpful in getting the house cleaned out and ready for Sale day.
