I met this beautiful charismatic and amazing realtor in 2017 when she sold me my 4th house. Three years later I reached out to her and I am now living in my 2nd dream house with her amazing skills once again in 2020. I love her, she is super knowledgeable works with an amazing lender, and for the second time has been a BOSS in my 2 home purchases and now 1 sale. Go with the best.

We needed a seasoned real estate person that was knowledgeable about our type of property. He stood by us the whole process and remained calm and caring until the last hour. Descent and honest, who could want more.

I generally like to start at the end and work forward - So now that I'm providing my endorsement, I think it's fair to say we have reached the end (of our professional relationship! not of our friendship! Linda represented us as sellers of our family home - here we raised our family and spent our entire careers - this ground was sacrosanct. Of all things, Linda recognized our strong connection to our home, and was very respectful and considerate of that. Linda was well informed about the market in our area and marketed our house accordingly. She recommended some changes that buyers would look for and suggested fair pricing for our area - leaving all final decisions to us, with her professional advice. Our adult son spent a great amount of time representing our best interest in this sale - so thru the entire process Linda patiently dealt with a job that had two bosses. From our first meeting to our closing - Linda lived in her professionalism, knowledge and respect towards the goal of providing complete satisfaction, both to us and our son Shawn. Job well done Linda. Thank you.

Selling our home with Shannon handling this huge responsibility was the best decision we could have made. From start to finish it was the smoothest process thanks to all her hard work. My house was only on the market one week! This is all thanks to her expert advice and guidance. We did not have to worry about a thing. Anything we needed, she was right there to take care of us. It was very obvious that she looked out for our best interests every step of the way. I found her through watching my sister buy her house with Shannon as her agent. Because of my sister's great experience, I knew that I wanted to get Shannon for ours when the time came for me to leave Maryland. You really MUST call her if you are buying or selling your home, you will not regret it!

Shannon was referred to us through a friend and we could not have been more satisfied with her services. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate industry. We were selling and buying at the same time which is a different level of stress in itself and she did a great job at taking on the majority of that stress for us. She went to bat to get us the house we truly wanted and remained persistent for us. Her communication and responsiveness was top notch and there was never a time we could not get in touch with her, even for the simplest questions. If you are looking for a Realtor that will really look out for you and do what is best for their Client, Shannon is that Realtor.

Stephanie is a full service realtor! Not only does she show you the homes that fit your criteria, but after the offer is accepted she remains part of the process and helps coordinate the settlement with the lender and title company to ensure a smooth closing day. Her attention to detail and ability to predict possible complications were outstanding and made the process of selling my old home and buying a new one completely stress-free!

Trish is great. She made herself available all hours of the day and night for showing houses or answering questions and reviewing contracts. She made the buying and selling process seamless. Couldn't be happier with her service.

Stephanie was great. She’s super friendly, down to Earth, and very knowledgeable. We told her what we were looking for, and she matched us with houses perfectly... and she was so flexible and accommodating. We loved her, and would recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. Stephanie handled both transactions and kept us fully informed with all the details. She is the consummate professional and we highly recommend her to handle all your housing issues.

I promise I am not being paid for this review and it is true....Stephanie was as close to perfect as you can get for a realtor. I had a horrible experience with a builder when I came to Stephanie. She was so knowledgeable about the types of loans, she had connections, and she cared. To make a long story short...I closed in 45 days with a great townhouse. I highly recommend her. I initially selected her because she sold more than the other realtors on Zillow and now I know why. It was such a great experience for me and I would recommend her highly. Stephanie ROCKS!

Stephanie is the absolute best! She was on top of things from the very beginning all the way through closing and was always available to give updates and answer questions. Five years ago she helped me through the difficult process of buying my first home through a short sale, putting me at ease while overcoming several difficult obstacles along the way. Now, she's helping me purchase a piece of land where I plan to build my dream home. There's nothing she can't do, and that's why I recommend her to all my friends and family.

We know Stephanie since many years, she worked with us to search our perfect home for years. She was our buyer's agent for the new house and seller's agent for our old house. She is a great professional, always working for the interest of her customers. She is flexible and works around her clients' schedules and needs. She understand people's psychology, a skill that you absolutely need in her field of work. She is also patient, resilient and can find technical solutions to almost any glitch of the process! We highly recommend her.
