I would highly recommend Joe to anyone needing a realtor in the Gwinnett area. He was always able to see a house within a day of asking, most of the time sooner, and was always flexible with everything involved in the home buying process. He pointed out a lot of things on the houses we looked at that we would not have noticed, and even advised us against buying certain houses we were looking at because they didn't fit what we were looking for. We were first time homebuyers, and he was very helpful in walking us through the process, explaining the legalese of any contracts we engaged in.
