I am a full-time broker/agent with 15 years of hands-on experience. As an independent brokerage firm, we don’t accept any kick-backs or referral fees from vendors. Sounds normal, right? But many big-box brokerages have ownership interests in title companies, lenders, home inspection firms, or the contractors that they recommend. We do not. My team and I never lose sight of who we work for - our clients' interests are our primary concern. Our results are superb as we use an aggressive “Plan of Action” that ensures that we sell what we list! Many agents simply list houses and then walk away hoping that the house will sell. Our active approach to selling does not leave things to chance. We are detail-oriented with systems in place to ensure that we don’t miss contract commitments & deadlines. This attention to detail combined with our client-focused approach ensures that we provide top-notch customer service. My previous career as a bank examiner for 16 years gives me invaluable experience & knowledge regarding mortgages and creative ways to finance property. You can’t beat experience, and Joe knows how to get things done rapidly, efficiently and (most important to me) honestly. Excellent Experience

I would highly recommend Joe to anyone needing a realtor in the Gwinnett area. He was always able to see a house within a day of asking, most of the time sooner, and was always flexible with everything involved in the home buying process. He pointed out a lot of things on the houses we looked at that we would not have noticed, and even advised us against buying certain houses we were looking at because they didn't fit what we were looking for. We were first time homebuyers, and he was very helpful in walking us through the process, explaining the legalese of any contracts we engaged in. He also has been very helpful with his connections to people that we need to work on the house, including an excellent home inspector. We would recommend Joe for anyone looking to buy a house!

What a professional! Joe made everything run smoothly and looked out for our interests!

We certainly benefited from the many years of Joe's experience. He made everything simple and smooth while he negotiated a price with the buyer that was more than asking and even arranged back to back closings with the buyer and seller and he even arranged for us to take possession of the house before closing! Joe is a consummate negotiator and has a calm, kind demeanor that put everyone at ease! I am so pleased I worked with him! Thank you Joe for all your hard work on the sale and purchase of our houses!

The best agent I have worked with!

Joe has been our agent for the past 4 years. First, he helped my relative find and purchase a home.
