We were selling from out of town and no longer lived in the same city as our property. Spencer was our local contact and made it very convenient to sell from another state. Spencer was up to date on all the aspects of the condo building and was able to share his knowledge with buyers. He helped us make the condo more attractive to buyers and facilitated the installation of new flooring so that we did not have to return to Atlanta. He was very responsive to any questions that we had and he went out of his way to communicate with us so that we were aware of any concerns from any potential buyers. Blake was amazing to work with! It took us a really long time to find and close on a house. He did a great job of identifying our taste and helping us figure out what the perfect home to meet our needs looked like, which was completely different than what we set out looking for in the beginning of the process.
