Spencer was up to date on all the aspects of the condo building and was able to share his knowledge with buyers. He helped us make the condo more attractive to buyers and facilitated the installation of new flooring so that we did not have to return to Atlanta. He was very responsive to any questions that we had and he went out of his way to communicate with us so that we were aware of any concerns from any potential buyers.
