Wonderful to work with Tara Tara kept me informed as much as humanly possible. This was a new house, under construction, and there were several delays. There were multiple occasions the builder was unresponsive but somehow Tara was able to get through and provide timely information. She is very professional and was supportive, through, and even after closing. Highly recommend Tara Ross.

We couldn’t provide a higher recommendation for James Tassell, Realtor. Like many, we had decided to move to Sarasota from the Northeast. As we prepared to pursue real estate opportunities in the area we encountered the well-documented, unprecedented real estate environment of low supply/high demand. While this drove prices up, it also made for a highly competitive field of buyers. We knew that there was a strong likelihood that we would be making offers on houses “sight unseen”. We needed a realtor who was responsive, understood our needs and wants, and could communicate clearly. We interviewed several realtors and chose James for exactly those qualities and he did not disappoint. James found us a house in a highly desirable neighborhood and utilized his “high tech” remote video walk through to make us comfortable to make an offer. This deal was further complicated as it was a “short sale” and James prepared and educated us on that difficult process. Always responsive, professional and thoughtful we couldn’t be happier with our purchase and with the professional services James provided. I have purchased and sold several homes and James is the best Realtor I have ever worked with!!

Working with Aaron has made finding a home so much easier to understand as a first-time buyer and I was so lucky to find him! He is extremely knowledgeable about the process as well as the in's and outs of the Better mortgage company if you choose to finance through them. Also, he has a keen eye for detail and he has been responsive, patient, kind, and a wealth of information throughout the process. 5 star! I'll have to find him again when it's time!

We had a great experience with Tara. As first-time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions about the process and she was incredibly helpful. She was always available and seemed to always go out of her way to help me get the information and resources we needed.

James was incredibly professional, detailed and a pleasure to work with. We traveled from Chicago , mid October, for a day and viewed several properties . Had an effortless closing 6 weeks later. James kept us informed, of everything we needed along the way. His communication was clear and he was quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend James for your next home search

Kim Beers is able to encompass professionalism, expertise, and excellent communication better than anyone I've come across in customer service. And somehow she's able to do it all while still making it seem like a family member is taking care of you and walking you through the process. She's a virtuoso in the real estate world and I'll gladly use her again in the future when it comes to buying or selling.

I enlisted the help from Clementine mid July navigating the unpredictable 2021 housing market. She was able to share resources to view properties and had me in a home in within 2 months. She helped to get my past out of state property sold too. Thanks Clem for your dedication, with all the hurdles we encountered.

I really appreciate that Tara explained everything to me. I was selling because of my husband's death and Tara helped me to feel more confident about what I was signing and decisions that I was making. She made something very scary for me a lot easier!
