Clementine was very professional and thorough. She guided us step by step from listing to closing. She set us up with a photographer and hosted an open house that went well. We were even out of state when the house sold and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you Clementine for selling our home!

Simply amazing!! The toughest part of this process for me has been finding the right words to describe how valuable Clem has been during the entirety of our first real estate adventure together. From start to finish, Clem has been the ultimate professional. She dances the perfect balance of proactive anticipatory service with the patience and intuition of an industry expert. Her clear passion for Central Florida and helping others achieve their goals is evident with every interaction we've had. I am certain that Clem will confidently handle my next business and personal real estate needs as we're already looking at the next opportunities together. Thank you for all you've done Clem. Onto the next one!

James did an excellent job helping us find a new home in Nokomis FL. We visited Florida from Colorado for a week to check out the local market and with James’ help we were able to purchase a new construction home in a great area. James visited the homesite several times in the following months to take photographs and videos. He is always available to answer questions about the purchase process and living in the Sarasota area. We really appreciate the newsletters and market updates we receive from James. I would highly recommend James to anybody looking to buy a home in the Sarasota area. He is friendly, knowledgeable and a very hard worker.

This is my second home purchase. For my first purchase, I went with a realtor who was “tried and true” and had been a realtor for years. While my first realtor was fine, she didn’t seem to care about more than the sale. I didn’t realize what I had missed out on until I had Clem. She went above and beyond to help me find houses in this market. My husband got in a car accident on the way to a house viewing and she sat on the side of the road with him until I could get there! THEN she offered to do anything she could to help us continue to look at houses even though we were down a car. Home buying is scary. Home buying in a market like this is insane. I could not have found our second home without the help and professionalism of Clem. I will continue to use her for any and all home purchases I do in my future!

Once we contacted James about wanting to look at some properties in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, he sent us links to a variety of properties to look over. As we only had a week to look before we left, when we chose a few that we wanted to go through, he readily arranged for it to happen. James is very knowledgeable regarding real estate. When we had questions about the properties, if he didn't immediately know the answer, he sought to find the answer as soon as possible. He was honest and upfront with us on everything. We trusted he would work his hardest to help us. We truly enjoyed working with him to buy our new condo.
