Clementine is an amazing realtor!! She helped my husband and I find a place to live when we relocated from NM to FL. Clementine not only helped us secure a place to live, she recommended places to visit within our new neighborhood and she also recommended a veterinarian for our dog! I don't know what we would have done without her!!

Tara was great. She was always quick to respond and worked hard to help me find my new home. I had to do FaceTime tours and she always made sure not only the house but the neighborhood was great. She was aggressive in the perfect way you need a realtor to be. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

James has been outstanding helping us buy our newly built home in Sarasota! At all times he has been professional, thorough, supportive and informative. We didn't live in the area so he provided regular video walk throughs so that we could see the progress as our vacation home was being built. He helped facilitate any concerns that we had with the builder and was a great source of information that we needed to get our home up and running and move into the area. Thanks James! You've been great and we won't hesitate to use you again! Mike & Stacey

Clementine was always very efficient answering all our questions (which were many) and communicating with us every step of the way. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and caring to our endless requests. It was a pleasure working with a reliable real estate person who actually did her job going beyond expectations!

She made the whole process seem easy. Listened to what we were looking for in an investment property. Provided us with several violable options, and guided us to find exactly what we were looking for. During the closing process she was there every step of the way until to job was done. I would highly recommend Clementine to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in this area - Central Florida.

Buying a home from 1,500 miles away can be a frightening experience. Tara found us the perfect home, wrote a letter describing our family so that the sellers chose our offer, and made the whole experience seamless and stress free. We will definitely be recommending Tara to everyone we know.

Aaron is very knowledgeable about the home-buying process and the real estate market. We saw a couple of homes and he provided great insight on different aspects of each home, while highlighting the pros and cons of each property.

She respected my opinions and provided sound advice of the fast growing market allowing me to make competitive offers. She was always readily available to view homes and provided fast if not instant responses and feedback. She always had my back and greatly contributed in creating a smooth closing.

James is the best! Even though we purchased from several states away it was like he was our local agent. He walked us through every step. His attention to the details was remarkable. We couldn't be more happy with our buying experience and our new home!

What can we say about James Tassell!! Nothing but great things! He was extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond for us especially because we lived out of state and he dealt with all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner and was gracious in video taping properties as we could not be there in person to see. We could not have purchased our new and beautiful home without his help. We highly recommend him! Thank you James!! Jary & Jean Turrell
