Patty was great to work with. She has a great reputation within the community so we knew we were in safe hands from the start! Our experience started off as casual conversations and she was always willing to share her thoughts on the market. Once we were ready to seriously start looking, Patty was quick to send us listings based on our parameters. She updated us when new listings would hit the market and was always quick to respond. The process of working with the selling side can be bumpy and Patty was always there to guide us with sound advice. We felt comfortable asking her any questions. As a whole, she represented us very well and we are delighted with our new purchase!

Patty helped us purchase a vacation home. We will ultimately make this our primary or secondary home when we retire. Until then it will be in a rental program. She identified the right neighborhoods for us to consider and helped narrow down to the perfect condo. BTW, I live in NJ and Patty coordinated everything remote. Patty is professional and friendly, as well as, knowledgable about the local real estate market. She kicked off the promotion of our large family home in South Village, Celebration with an open house for brokers only. After that, there were so many showings that we were under contract before our open house for the public. Patty was present for all of the showings and knows all of the local real estate brokers.
