Amita Shah, of Imagination Realty, helped me every step of the way selling my condo. I live out of state and she was available to handle anything and everything that came up. She spent a good amount of time walking me through the process, answering all of my questions patiently. She advised me, but never pushed. Her guidance was invaluable! When I needed to head back home she finished clearing out some clutter, and made herself available for the cleaners and handyman. She personally was present during the inspection and handled issues with the HOA. When I had a concern or question she responded promptly. On a more personal note, she was fun and positive to work with. She made, what I thought would be a stressful situation a smooth process. I consider myself lucky to have had her as my realtor!
